thanx A.I / Pricing
Your worst clause, free. You pay for the rest, and the fix.
Contract Medic is priced by scope with one payment each. Everything else is priced per build, with a number and a date before we start — and fourteen days or it's free.
Contract Medic — priced by scope
Your most serious defect comes back in full at no cost and with no account — the wording, the arithmetic and the section it fails under. Everything else we found is named but not explained. You pay to release the lot, and to have it rebuilt.
- Every clause checked against the current Employment Standards Act
- Every defect drafted, with the section it was failing under
- A marked-up copy for your lawyer, and a clean copy ready to issue once they approve it
- Yours to keep and print
- Request an updated contract any time for twelve months
- Check In, our lone-worker check-in, included free
- Everything in Single Business, for each of the seven, Check In included
- Up to seven business numbers under common ownership
- Request an updated contract any time for twelve months
- A scheduled rollout — who moves onto corrected terms now, who waits for a raise or a promotion, who needs consideration purchased, and in what order
- Everything in Holdings, across every business in the group, no cap
- A due diligence read of the employment file before a sale
- A second read after remediation, to confirm what was fixed
- A buyer-ready pack — every agreement, every finding, what was corrected and what was left
- Direct contact with the founder while your sale is live
- Same business day drafts, back to you as a draft for counsel
Price is set by business number — one incorporated employer, one price — not by how many people you employ. A single company with three hundred staff is $399. Seven companies with four staff each are $2,000.
Why it repeats. In British Columbia, varying an existing employment agreement needs fresh consideration — continued employment is not enough. So the fix is a schedule, not a mailout: a new hire before their start date, a raise, a promotion, a bonus, a new benefit. Every one of those is a trigger event, which is what the rollout tiers are for.
Automation, callers, video and social
Priced per build, because a two-step follow-up and a full pipeline are not the same job, and quoting a monthly figure before we know which one you need would be a guess dressed up as a price.
Describe the job and you get a number and a date — not a discovery process, not a proposal deck, and not a call to book another call. If it isn't worth automating we will say so, and that advice is free too.
FOURTEEN DAYS, OR IT'S FREE.
A working build in your hands inside fourteen days of agreeing the scope, or you don't pay for it. We keep the scope small enough that this is a promise rather than a gamble, and we say so before we start if it can't be done in the window.
How payment works
Canadian dollars
All prices in CAD. Taxes where applicable are shown before you pay.
One-time, not a subscription
Contract Medic tiers are a single payment. Nothing recurs, nothing auto-renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Card, through Stripe
We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Refunds
If we don't deliver, or we got it wrong, you get your money back. See Refunds.
Tell us what you need
Describe the job in your own words. You get a straight answer and a price from the person who builds it — or an honest no if it isn't a fit.
